Prices include cost of shipping and handling. Each print comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by Francois Roux. This certificate includes the name of the photograph and the date it was printed. After framing, you may wish to attach the certificate to the back of the frame. There is a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You may exchange your print, receive a credit, or a refund. In the event that damage has occurred to your order, I will make every effort to replace it. To return a damaged print, please conserve the original shipping materials/tube. I would suggest placing any damaged mailing tube and its contents within another tube for the return. If you wish to return or exchange an undamaged print, notification of your intention to return an item must be received via email or telephone prior to return shipping. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. Any returned materials sent without prior notification will not be accepted. Returns should be insured and able to be tracked by the shipping company that you are using. After I receive an order, please allow 4-6 days before shipping. This time is necessary for curing the print(s). Kindly note that shipping and return policies are subject to change without notice at any time. You can order print(s) directly online using Paypal.
